This was supposed to be entitled #DONTBITETHEHANDTHATFEEDSYOU, but the great thing about this magazine is that we can do whatever we want, so why not name it SAVING THE PLANET BEGINS AT BREAKFAST in honour of the book by Jonathan Safran Foer, published by Penguin Books, hoping that more and more copies will be sold and read and something will change… but in the meantime it also happened that a #PANDEMIC came, and took over both the number of illustrations published in this issue and our lives.
After all, a #PANDEMIC and a world falling apart and in need to be saved aren’t that different, and the whole process would be even faster if it was not farming that disappeared but the naked monkeys themselves who, after 300,000 years, have not had the time to evolve in the best and most reasonable way. But, as I have just said, we haven’t had enough time. We have grown up too fast to perceive ourselves as the only real threat to ourselves. Too fast to understand the rationality and devotion required by a hara-kiri.
Gaia, or someone on her behalf, has tried to kill at least the surplus, but medicines are not always effective…
One way or another, whichever you prefer: let’s at least try and eat less meat and read books that, even if they don’t fully convince us, make us think and help us to evolve a little faster, at least mentally, through the painful process of questioning ourselves.

Of his historic moonwalk, Neil Armstrong said:
When you have hundreds of thousands of people all doing their job a little better than they have to, you get an improvement in performance. And that’s the only reason we could have pulled this whole thing off.
